Street Fighter II Turbo – Hyper Fighting (also known as Super Street Fighter II Turbo) is a fighting game released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1993. It is the fourth game in the Street Fighter II series and the third installment of the Street Fighter II sub-series, following Super Street Fighter II. Developed and published by Capcom, it was released as an upgrade to its predecessor with faster gameplay, more characters and more special moves.

The game features eight selectable characters from previous versions of Street Fighter II including Ryu, Ken, E. Honda, Chun-Li, Blanka, Guile, Dhalsim and Zangief plus four new challengers: T. Hawk, Cammy, Fei Long and Dee Jay. Each character has their own unique set of special moves that can be used to defeat opponents. These moves include punches, kicks, throws and other techniques depending on which character is chosen. The game also features several modes such as Arcade Mode (where players fight against computer-controlled opponents), Versus Mode (where two players compete against each other) and Training Mode (where players can practice their skills).

The main attraction of Street Fighter II Turbo – Hyper Fighting is its turbo mode where the gameplay speed is increased significantly making it more challenging for experienced players. This mode also allows for additional combos which can be performed by inputting certain button combinations quickly in succession. In addition to this mode there are also two hidden characters called Akuma and M Bison who can only be unlocked after completing certain criteria in single player mode or beating a specific number of opponents in versus mode.

The graphics of Street Fighter II Turbo – Hyper Fighting are similar to those seen in its predecessor but with some improvements such as larger sprites and smoother animations. The sound effects are also improved with higher quality samples being used compared to earlier versions of the game. Overall this installment offers an exciting experience for both casual gamers and experienced fighting game fans alike with its fast-paced action and diverse roster of characters to choose from.
