Action Pachio was a side-scrolling platform game released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) in 1994. The game was developed by Natsume and published by Taito Corporation. It is part of the Pachi series, which includes other titles such as Pachi Com and Pachi Slot.

The player controls Pachio, a heroic mouse who must rescue his friends from the clutches of an evil wizard named Dr. Kojiro. The game consists of 16 levels set across four different worlds: Fire Island, Ice Land, Forest World, and Sky World. Each world has its own unique enemies and obstacles to overcome.

In each level, the player must guide Pachio through various environments while avoiding enemies and traps. Along the way, various power-ups can be collected that will help the player progress further into the level. These include extra lives, invincibility stars, hearts that add to your health meter, time bonuses that increase your score multiplier and more. Additionally, stars can be collected to unlock bonus levels at the end of each world where additional items can be obtained.

The objective of Action Pachio is to reach the end of each level while collecting all of the items along the way in order to gain extra points and increase their score multiplier. If all three lives are lost before reaching the end of a level then it's game over for that round but players are able to continue from where they left off if they have enough continues left on their save file or by entering a password code at any point during gameplay.

Overall Action Pachio is an enjoyable classic platformer with simple yet addictive gameplay mechanics that offer plenty of challenge for even seasoned players due to its fast pace and varied enemy types found throughout each level. Fans of retro gaming will find this title worth playing as it’s one of those games that could easily become a favorite amongst all ages due to its charming visuals and catchy soundtrack which still holds up today despite being over 25 years old!
