The player takes control of "The Brave One," a heroic warrior on a quest to save the world from an evil wizard named Drokmar, who has taken over the kingdom of Cavareth and plans to use its power to take over the world. The Brave One must traverse through five stages, each filled with enemies and obstacles that must be overcome. Along the way, he can find powerful weapons and items that will help him in his journey.
At the start of each stage, The Brave One is armed with only a sword. He must battle his way through hordes of monsters and traps to reach the end of each level. As he progresses, he can find new weapons such as axes, spears, boomerangs, and bombs which can be used to defeat enemies more effectively. He can also find magical items such as potions and scrolls which can restore his health or grant special abilities. Additionally, at certain points throughout each stage The Brave One can find hidden doors which lead to bonus levels where he can gain extra lives or powerful weapons.
Once all five stages have been completed, The Brave One faces off against Drokmar in a final showdown where victory will bring peace back to Cavareth. Magic Sword features vibrant graphics and catchy music throughout its levels that help give it an immersive experience for players seeking out a classic fantasy adventure. With challenging enemies, rewarding secrets, and intense boss battles Magic Sword is sure to provide hours of fun for fans of side scrolling action games.
