X-Men Mutant Academy is a video game released for the Nintendo Game Boy Color in 2000.

The game was developed by Vicarious Visions and published by Activision.

It is based on the X-Men comic book series from Marvel Comics and features many of its characters, such as Cyclops, Wolverine, Rogue, Storm, Beast, Gambit and Jubilee.

The game takes place at Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters (or "Mutant Academy") where Professor Charles Xavier teaches mutants how to use their powers for good.

The player takes control of one of the X-Men and must complete various missions around the school.

These missions involve rescuing mutants from danger, fighting villains from the comics such as Magneto and Apocalypse, and competing in a variety of mini-games against other students at the academy.

The game is split into two main parts - Adventure Mode and Challenge Mode.

In Adventure Mode, the player will explore different areas of the academy, completing missions along the way to progress through the story.

These missions can range from rescuing a mutant from a building or defeating enemies in combat to solving puzzles or taking part in mini-games such as a race or basketball match.

In Challenge Mode, players can choose which type of mission they want to take part in and compete against other students in order to unlock new characters or upgrade existing ones.

For example, if you win a race you may unlock Nightcrawler as a playable character or increase your health bar if you defeat an enemy in combat.

There are also special challenges that can only be unlocked after completing certain tasks in Adventure Mode.

X-Men Mutant Academy is an enjoyable action/adventure title for fans of both X-Men comics and video games alike.

With its varied missions and challenge modes it offers plenty of replay value for those who want to keep coming back for more mutant action!
