Andre Agassi Tennis is a sports game released for the Sega Game Gear in 1992. It was developed by Sega and published by Tec Toy. The game is based on the real-life professional tennis player Andre Agassi and features two modes of play: Exhibition and Championship.

In Exhibition mode, players can choose to play either singles or doubles matches against an AI opponent or a human opponent if playing in two-player mode. The court surface can also be selected from grass, clay or hard court, as well as the speed of the ball. Players can select their own character from 8 different characters based on real-life tennis professionals including Andre Agassi himself, Steffi Graf, John McEnroe, Boris Becker, Martina Navratilova and others.

In Championship mode, players must compete in a series of tournaments to become the number one player in the world. Each tournament consists of four rounds where players must win each match to progress through to the next round. After winning each tournament, players are awarded points which are used to determine their ranking amongst other computer controlled opponents. As players progress through the tournaments they will face increasingly difficult opponents with higher rankings until they reach number one in the world and win the championship title.

The graphics for Andre Agassi Tennis are quite basic but still manage to capture a realistic look at each of the characters and courts featured in the game. The soundtrack contains some classic 80’s music which helps set the atmosphere for a match between some of tennis’ greatest legends. The gameplay is simple yet challenging enough that it will keep you coming back for more as you strive to become number one in world rankings.

Overall, Andre Agassi Tennis is an enjoyable sports game that offers hours of fun whether you’re playing alone or with friends. With its simple yet challenging gameplay and classic 80’s soundtrack it’s sure to be remembered fondly by fans of sports games everywhere!
