Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters is a fighting game developed and published by Konami for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES). It was released in 1993, and is based on the popular Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise. The game features eight playable characters, including all four turtles, Splinter, Shredder, Krang and Cyber Shredder.

The game has a unique 2D art style which blends together elements of both traditional Japanese anime-style artwork as well as more western cartoon-style designs. The visuals are accompanied by an upbeat soundtrack that captures the frenetic energy of the action. The gameplay itself is fast-paced and intense, with players able to perform a variety of special attacks as well as use items to gain an advantage over their opponents. Each character also has their own unique set of moves and abilities which can be used to great effect in battle.

In single player mode, players have the option to play through either a Story Mode or Arcade Mode. In Story Mode, they must progress through a series of stages while battling against computer-controlled opponents in order to reach the final boss fight against Shredder himself. In Arcade Mode, they simply face off against each character one by one until they reach the end. There is also a Versus Mode where two players can go head-to-head in local multiplayer battles using any combination of characters from the roster.

Tournament Fighters offers an exciting and varied experience for fans of both fighting games and TMNT alike. With its colorful visuals and thrilling combat system, it remains one of the most beloved entries in Konami’s long line of classic titles for the SNES console.
