Clay Fighter: Tournament Edition is a fighting game released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) in 1995. The game was developed by Interplay Productions and published by Electronic Arts. It is the sequel to Clay Fighter, released in 1993. The game features twelve characters from the original game, as well as four new characters. Players can select their favorite character and battle it out against computer-controlled opponents or other players.

The main objective of the game is to defeat all of the opponents in order to win a tournament and become champion. Each character has their own special moves and abilities that can be used to defeat their opponents. The controls are relatively simple, with only two attack buttons - punch and kick - as well as a special move button that activates a character's special move when pressed at the right time. Players must use these moves strategically in order to defeat their opponents and win the tournament.

Clay Fighter: Tournament Edition features several different modes of play, including single player, head-to-head, practice mode, tag team mode, tournament mode and survival mode. In single player mode, players can choose from one of twelve different tournaments that vary in difficulty and length of play time. In head-to-head mode two players can battle against each other using any of the sixteen characters available in the game. The practice mode allows players to hone their skills before they compete against others while tag team mode lets them team up with another player or computer controlled opponent to form a tag team and compete against other teams. In tournament mode up to eight players can compete in an elimination style tournament while survival mode pits one player against an endless onslaught of computer controlled opponents until they are defeated or quit out of boredom or frustration!

Overall Clay Fighter: Tournament Edition is an enjoyable fighting game for both casual gamers who just want to have some fun as well as experienced gamers looking for a challenge. With its simple controls and wide variety of modes there is something for everyone here!
