Kenyuu Densetsu Yaiba is a Sega Game Gear game released in 1993. It is an action-adventure platformer developed by Sega and published by Victor Musical Industries, Inc. The game follows the adventures of Yaiba, a young warrior who must save his village from the evil forces of darkness.

The story begins with Yaiba's village being attacked by monsters and demons. After witnessing the destruction of his home, Yaiba sets out on a quest to find the source of evil and put an end to it. Along the way, he will face powerful enemies such as dragons, giant spiders, goblins and more. He will also have to solve puzzles and overcome obstacles in order to progress through the levels.

The game features eight levels that span various landscapes such as forests, mountains, deserts and caves. Each level contains several stages that require different strategies in order to complete them successfully. At certain points during each stage, Yaiba will encounter bosses that must be defeated before continuing on with his journey.

Yaiba has access to a variety of weapons throughout the game including swords, spears and bows & arrows. He can also acquire special items such as magic spells and health potions which can be used to help him in battle against enemies or heal himself when injured. As he progresses through each level he can upgrade his weapons and equipment at shops found throughout the game world.

Players are able to save their progress at any point during gameplay using passwords provided after completing each stage or level. Kenyuu Densetsu Yaiba is a challenging but rewarding adventure that requires skillful platforming skills in order to succeed.
