Taekwon-Do is a martial arts game released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) in 1995. It was developed by Japanese developer Human Entertainment and published by Varie. The game’s main character is the player, who must take on the role of a Taekwondo master and compete against other martial artists from around the world.

The game features several different modes of gameplay. The main mode is the “Story Mode”, which consists of five stages in which the player must battle their way to victory. In each stage, the player will face off against a variety of opponents that vary in size and strength. As they progress through each stage, they will also earn points which can be used to purchase new moves or items to help them out during combat.

In addition to Story Mode, there are also two other modes available: “Tournament Mode” and “Versus Mode”. In Tournament Mode, players can compete against each other in one-on-one battles or team battles. Versus Mode allows two players to battle it out with each other using any combination of characters and moves that they choose. This mode also supports multiplayer for up to four people at a time.

The graphics in Taekwon-Do are quite impressive for its time, with detailed character models and backgrounds that look great even today. The sound effects are also quite good, with authentic martial arts sounds such as punches and kicks included as well as some background music that helps set the mood for the fight scenes.

Overall, Taekwon-Do is an enjoyable fighting game that offers plenty of content for both singleplayer and multiplayer fans alike. It may not have aged as gracefully as some other SNES titles but it still holds up reasonably well today thanks to its engaging gameplay and solid presentation values.
