Pradikus Conflict, The is a turn-based strategy game developed and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) in 1989. The game was released exclusively in Japan and was never released outside of its home country.

The game is set in a distant future where two powerful factions, the Pradikus Empire and the Free Nations Alliance, are at war with each other. The player takes control of one of these factions and must battle their way to victory. In order to do this, they must manage their resources effectively and use them to build up their armies, research new technologies, construct buildings, and send out troops to fight in battles. As they progress through the game they will come across various scenarios which require careful tactical decisions in order to succeed.

The strategic elements of Pradikus Conflict are quite deep, with players having to think carefully about how they want to approach each battle or scenario. They can choose from a variety of units such as infantry, tanks, artillery, air units and more. Each unit has its own strengths and weaknesses which need to be taken into account when making tactical decisions. Additionally, there are various different strategies which can be employed such as using terrain or defensive structures like walls or bunkers to your advantage.

The visuals of Pradikus Conflict are quite basic but still effective for its time period. The sprites used for the characters are quite small but still detailed enough that you can tell what kind of unit it is just by looking at it. Additionally, the maps have plenty of detail such as mountains or rivers which adds some depth to the visuals.

Overall Pradikus Conflict is an interesting strategy game which offers a good challenge for those who enjoy turn-based strategy titles from this era. It may not have aged particularly well due its dated graphics however if you can look past this then there is still plenty here that will provide you with an enjoyable experience today as it did back in 1989 when it was first released exclusively in Japan for the NES console.
