The Incredibles: The Video Game for the Nintendo Game Boy Advance is an action-adventure platformer based on the 2004 Disney/Pixar film of the same name. Developed by THQ and Heavy Iron Studios, The Incredibles was released in 2004 for the GBA.

The game follows the plot of the movie, with players controlling Mr. Incredible as he battles crime and other villains in Metroville. Players will need to use a combination of their superpowers — strength, speed, and elasticity — to defeat enemies and complete levels. Along with these abilities, players will also have access to various gadgets such as grappling hooks and explosives that can be used to solve puzzles and progress through levels.

The game features four playable characters: Mr. Incredible, Elastigirl, Violet, and Dash. Each character has their own unique abilities that must be utilized in order to progress through levels. For example, Mr. Incredible has superhuman strength while Elastigirl can stretch her body parts like rubber bands; this means that she can reach places that are inaccessible to other characters. Meanwhile, Violet has an invisibility shield while Dash can run at super speeds which allows him to move quickly between platforms or dodge enemy attacks more easily than his counterparts.

Players will also have access to several vehicles throughout the game including a hovercraft and a jet fighter plane which can be used to traverse large areas quickly or battle aerial enemies respectively. In addition, there are also minigames scattered throughout each level which give players extra points when completed successfully; these minigames range from simple shooting galleries to races against time or other opponents.

Overall The Incredibles: The Video Game is a great adaptation of the movie for the GBA platform; it captures all of the thrills and excitement from its console counterpart while still retaining its own unique charm thanks to its colorful visuals and vibrant soundtrack composed by Michael Giacchino (who also wrote music for Pixar’s Ratatouille). Although some may find it slightly repetitive due to its linear progression through levels, it still remains an enjoyable experience nonetheless thanks to its varied gameplay mechanics and charming presentation; if you’re looking for an action-packed adventure on your GBA then The Incredibles is definitely worth checking out!
